Murdoch University Dubai offers internationally recognised Australian degrees accredited by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA), Australia’s national higher education regulator. In addition, we are licensed by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), which oversees licensure and quality assurance for educational institutions in Dubai.
As of 9 January 2025, Murdoch University Dubai has also been granted Institutional Licensure by the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) under the UAE’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR). The MOHESR accreditation process consists of two stages. The first, Institutional Licensure, which we have successfully achieved, validates the university’s overall compliance with rigorous quality standards. The second stage, programme accreditation, is currently underway to ensure each academic offering meets the same high standards.
This federal UAE licensure recognises our commitment to maintaining the highest academic standards and excellence and further solidifies Murdoch University Dubai’s reputation as a globally respected institution.
