How to pay

How to pay for your tuition fees

Please ensure that you include your Name and Student ID as a reference on all payments.

Online card payment

To pay by credit or debit card online, please visit our payment page to complete the transaction.

Cheques

To deposit current-dated cheques, please visit any of the operating Emirates NBD branches or cheque deposit ATMs and provide/enter the below account details:

  • Account No: 1015567880301
  • Account Name: Navitas Middle East FZ-LLC
  • Reference: Murdoch ID
  • Bank cheques to be made payable to “Navitas Middle East FZ-LLC”.

Please write your name and student ID number on the back of the cheques and send the screenshots of your cheques and deposit slips to the Finance email.

Please note:

  • AED 500 will be levied on all dishonoured/bounced cheques.
  • The Early Bird discounts will be reversed for students whose cheques are dishonoured/bounced.

Cash

To deposit cash please visit any of the operating Emirates NBD branches or cash deposit ATMs and provide/enter the below account details:

  • Reference: Murdoch ID

Please send the screenshots of the deposit slips to the Finance email. Do not forget to bring your Emirates ID with you.

Payment Plan

The preferred payment mode is a post-dated cheque. While cash, bank transfer, and a credit card are all acceptable forms of payment, selecting any of these options as your final payment plan will incur an application fee of AED 200 per plan.

Fees can be paid in three  instalments, as follows:

  • 1st instalment – 60% of the total tuition fees for the trimester. This should be paid before the payment deadline of the trimester.
  • 2nd instalment – 20% of the total tuition fees for the trimester. This payment should be made before the census date, which is Week 4 of the trimester.
  • 3rd instalment – 20% of the total tuition fees for the trimester. This should be paid by Week 8 of the trimester.

To apply for flexible payment plans, please contact the Finance Office at  dubai.finance@murdoch.edu.au.

A late fee of AED 200 will be charged weekly if any payment is made after the deadline.
